Before I moved here 2.5 years ago I was told that there would be a Doctors Surgery, poss shops etc on the ground floor of Reed House. Are they going to develop it at all or are they happy with the urban wasteland look? I notice you'll never see the boarded up sections on any publicity for the develpoment...
