Resident Meeting

We should organise ourselves into resident groups and sub groups like Bassett House will be represented by 4 chosen members under their subgroup called Bassett House; their monthly meeting should include all residents in Bassett House, and all decisions made will be taken to the Resident Group - Reynalds Gate Residents group, monthly also!

That would be good Jerry, and we may have more influence with the management company, developers etc that way. But its a matter of organising and managing it?

I am trying to organise a meeting for the residents on:

Flat 32 Bassett House

17:00 - 18:30 (roughly!)


Plan to coordinate communication with County Estate Management
and make sure that we are covering all issues that need to be addressed.
Find out whether we want to set up a more formal Resident's Association.
A chance to meet each other and find out who our neighbours are!

If the time or date is not the most convienient, let me know, we can modify it as necessary.

Please try to come along, the only way that we can sort out the problems is by working together.
As I only have the e-mail addresses for 8 people, please tell anyone you know about it.

It is now for all of the development as it is being held in the entrance lobby. The problem has been trying to communicate it to the other blocks!
